Our national Family Law group is led by
nine highly regarded Principals who have built a reputation for

About The
Role
An exciting
opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant to join
our Brisbane team on a full-time basis. We are ideally seeking someone with
strong administrative skills who can work independently, but who also likes
working as part of a collaborative team. You will have strong attention to
detail, as well as great organisational and time management skills.
Duties of
this role will include:
- preparation of correspondence and legal documents;
- communicating with clients, barristers, mediators, and others via email and phone;
- diary management;
- collating and indexing disclosure and briefs (including e-briefs);
- file management and maintenance, including e-filing;
- filing and service of court documents;
- workflow coordination and task management;
- undertaking research tasks;
- monthly billing and debtor control; and
- general administrative support.
