Our team of more than 200 specialist lawyers has the depth of experience and agility to help our clients, both in Australia and overseas, to navigate the complex risk landscape and support their insureds.
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Clerk to join our Perth team on a full-time basis, working onsite from our CBD office. The Office Clerk position is an entry-level role and involves a range of administrative duties to support the team.
Duties of this role will include:
- collecting/distributing incoming mail and posting outgoing mail;
- deliveries and court filing;
- scanning, printing, filing and photocopying;
- assisting with administrative tasks including closing and archiving files;
- stocktaking and ordering kitchen and office supplies;
- organising catering and assisting with internal/external events and firm initiatives;
- attending to and ensuring the kitchen, meeting rooms and photocopy areas are maintained to a high standard (including emptying the dishwasher and general tidiness);
- providing general office maintenance support as required; and
- providing daily reception coverage (including attending to meeting rooms, greeting clients, answering the phone, taking messages, etc).
About You
